Our Pop-Up Dinner series is a monthly event centered around Chef Lemar's Pan-Caribbean cuisine. Travel the caribbean through food as you try courses inspired by such places as Cuba, Aruba, Nicaragua, Honduras, Haiti, Martinique, Puerto rico, Dominica, & of course the Virgin Islands! We feature fresh, local, and exotic ingredients, and share stories about how the Caribbean has inspired the food we all eat today.
The Luxe Chef Gala 2025
We are thrilled to announce the first Annual Luxe Chef Gala happening on March 16, 2025. This event will showcase the private sector of the food service industry by having talented private chefs, artisans, and sommeliers serve you tasting portions of their unique creations. You as our guests will be introduced to chefs you can potentially hire for your next special occasion, private dinner, or catered event. ​We can't wait to host you!
